According to the British Sauna Society, the number of public saunas in the UK has increased 14-fold in the last three years, growing from 43 to more than 600 today. Rebecca Crowe dives into this heated wellness trend that is not only helping people feel better but also fostering community

Slowly leaning back against the back of the sauna, I close my eyes and inhale deeply, taking in the smell of the wood, the heat of the steam into my lungs, and instantly feel myself relax.
